Let’s talk about this, the thing going on in your mind, let’s speak of the battle inside you.
The battle which started with just a mere unfavorable thought in your heart.
The battle of proving yourself, battle of growing in your career, battle of fetching a degree from some top colleges, battle for your love and this can go on and on.
Then there comes self doubt and done, now things get unfavorable inside you.
You fight and think and keep thinking and you fear of losing it. This fear, this thought makes you the most vulnerable. Then comes anxiety and anger issues , sleep disorders etc etc.
So how do we get over this and why this ?
Well before thinking why this , let it be as it is, don’t try to hide it or perceive it in ways unimaginable. It’s okay to be like this, everyone is fighting their own battle and you are normal. Just try to be more calm and try to feel better. You will get over this, get over with all these issues and also the battles going on inside.
Don’t worry you will get a hike, you will pass your exams.
Try to keep it simple, talk to people you like, take guidance.
